At our company, we strive to create memorable events for our clients. There is a $300.00 refundable deposit due at the time of booking. All refunds are returned within 7-14 days after the event. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable if items are broken or missing after the event. Additionally, no refunds will be issued if you are dissatisfied with the event setup. However, in the event that your scheduled event cannot take place due to severe weather conditions, we will gladly provide a full refund. Thank you for your understanding!
